Help Kenyan Children Survive and Thrive, (HKCS&T) is a California based nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation organized for charitable purposes.

Our Mission 

We seek to work with schools and community organizations that focus on :

1. Access to education
2. Health and hygiene education
3. Children’s health and preventing common childhood diseases
4. Sanitation and providing clean water
5. Parent education and  skill building in self-sufficiency
6. Awareness and developing  relationships with local health resources that work with children
7. Parent education and  skill building in self-sufficiency

8. Community health resources that work with children

Why We Serve

Most of the children we serve in Kenya are poor and frequently experience health challenges such as worm infestations, malaria, hunger, poor sanitation, unclean water, and insufficient schooling and school supplies. While their parents work diligently in an effort to combat these poverty conditions, often it is extremely difficult to do so.
